If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of when your order was shipped unless otherwise noted in a disclaimer for special sale events or final sale. If you are past 30 days, but within 90 days of the purchase date, and your product is defective, you can return the merchandise for store credit. This credit will be issued in the form of a promotion code and can only be applied to merchandise costs on tideandtwine.com (credits cannot be applied to shipping charges). And because we want you to be 100% happy, we will cover the return shipping cost if our shipping label is used.
