Tide & Twine is a one-woman studio nestled in sunny St. Pete, Florida, where every bag is sewn, one at a time, never rushed, never mass-produced.

Carrie is a second generation Floridian and learned to sew at a young age from her great grandma, Birdy, and her Great Aunt Sue. She started selling her handmade fabric goods under the name Birdy Sue Sews in 2010 when she opened her etsy shop. She began selling all things baby including custom crib sets, quilts, bibs, burps cloths and more. She has recently rebranded to Tide and Twine focusing more on beautiful and functional bags and apparel for women. Using cotton fabric quilted with batting, each piece is designed to be as beautiful as it is functional. Whether you're taking them on your next trip, to the beach or book club these handmade pieces were made to go with you.
